2500 Bradley Place

2500 Bradley place is the complete re-imagining of a 350,000-sf single story warehouse and attached 3-story office building that was once the home of an electric machine manufacturer (Bodine Electric). A true mixed-use building, and a great example of how to redevelop and reuse dated industrial buildings, 2500 Bradley Place is the home to warehouses, medical office users, office tenants, sport-related uses, and a classic car country club among others. Hirsch MPG has been involved with the complete transformation of this facility from the beginning, leading the Planned Development modification process, upgrading core and shell work, and being the architect for most of the tenants in the building.
