Located in Chicago’s Gold Coast, at 1244 N. Dearborn, the former Hotel Indigo, a 165-room boutique hotel, had a dated look and needed a significant renovation. Working closely with the Interior Designer, Owner, and GC, HMPG implemented a renovation and rebranding to the Claridge House lobby, bar, restaurant, and amenity spaces on the first and second floors. The work also included façade modifications at the entrance to the hotel.
