Roosevelt Collection

The Roosevelt Collection is a large-scale mixed-use development in Chicago’s South Loop, converting an abandoned rail yard into a lifestyle center consisting of 2-Stories of Retail, a multi-screen Cinema, 6-Stories of Loft Residential with 300 units and an urban plaza with 3-Levels of Parking below. Working with its unique site conditions and prime location, the design of Roosevelt Collection created a new and vibrant urban fabric where none existed; connecting an isolated, raised Roosevelt Road with the Printers Row neighborhood to the north. Working as part of a multi-disciplined team that included RTKL and Epstein, Hirsch MPG provided master planning for the development and was the Design Architect and Architect of Record for the residential portions of the project.
