HMPG developed a master planned development for a prime undeveloped parcel in Wicker Park that connected Division Street, Paulina Street, and Milwaukee Avenue. Known as the Wicker Park Connection, three distinct but connected development sites were created. The last of these to be completed, Alcove, is a condominium and townhome development consisting of 43 condominiums in a 7-story building and 12 townhomes along a pedestrian only landscaped walkway (connection) that leads from a plaza along Division Street to Paulina Street. (See Centrum Wicker Park and the Wicker Park Connection for information and photos on the other sites). The condominium building offered two, three and four-bedroom units ranging from 1,400 to 2,400 square feet, one indoor parking spot per unit, a shared rooftop patio with seating and grills, plus extensive private outdoor terraces for each unit. The townhomes offered four and five-bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,900 to 3,400 square feet, each with their own 2-car garage. Located just a block away from the CTA Blue Line stop, Alcove is not only transit served, but also nestled among the numerous restaurants, shops, and boutiques of the popular Wicker Park neighborhood. As of August 2023, all units have been sold.
